Elderflower Syrup

Finally a true Elderflower syrup, with herbal, floral notes, not the Elderberry flavour available everywhere else that taste identical to Litchi syrup.

Excellent in a Hugo, or used in floral twists of classics like a Elderflower Gin Sour, or a Elderflower Mojito.

Usually it's used to enhance flavour in a drink and balance out the citrusy tang of lime juice, while adding a subtle layer of floral high notes on the nose.
