Delivery Information

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all requests will be processed within 3-5 days and delivery confirmed by order number. Delivery will take place via courier services or by Beverage Chefs Outlying areas might take longer, depending on the areas

We can also send items with our express courier for an extra cost, please email us.

Orders are only dispatched between Monday-Friday between 07:00-16:00.

Export restriction: The offering on this website is available to South African clients only

Returns and Refunds

The provision of goods and services by Beverage Chefs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Beverage Chefs will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Return of unwanted orders/items incur a 15% handling fee to cover processing. If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference.

Please note: No exchanges or returns on sale/discounted items

In the unlikely case you receive a product that you’re not happy with we will however need you to return the item to us via courier before we can arrange for a credit. (We can arrange for a courier collection for you and quote you on this at the time that you contact us via email
